In his response letter to London Mining Network (LMN), Mines and Communities, IAP, and World Development Movement, GCM Chief Executive, Steve Bywater, addresses issues regarding the Phulbari Bangladesh Coal Project, including "National and International Standards and Guidelines," "Resettlement," "Stakeholder Engagement,""Indigenous Peoples," and "Agriculture and Water Supply."
The CSOs had previously sent a joint letter to Bywater in late February regarding his statements on the Project in June 2009.
